Sorry, it was the weekend you asked for help, i was away ;/ Tried to contact you multiple times. Did the explanation i gave help? Did you use the right blender version? Do you know how to "edit" a mesh (it works different than in maya)? I am just humbly asking, to help you use the product as best as possible.
