Documentation

Installation

  1. Download the ZIP file from your SuperHive library.
  2. Open Blender.
  3. Go to Edit β†’ Preferences β†’ Add-ons.
  4. Click the β–Ό arrow in the top-right corner and choose Install from Disk...
  5. Select the downloaded ZIP file.
  6. Enable the Dice add-on.
  7. Save your preferences (optional).

The Dice Tool is now ready to use.


Getting Started

  1. Select any mesh object.
  2. Open the Sidebar (N) in the 3D Viewport.
  3. Navigate to the Dice tab.
  4. Press Dice Mesh.
  5. Adjust the grid resolution using the X, Y and Z sliders.
  6. Enable Preview to visualize the cuts.
  7. Apply the modifier whenever you're satisfied.

The entire workflow remains non-destructive until you decide to apply the modifier.
