Edge Crease & Bevel Weight Pie Menu

Added Features:
- Change the Bevel Modifers Name from within the Pie Menu
- Add a new attribute to the mesh and set it as a bevel weight for the active bevel modifier
Bug Fixes
- Some elements of the Pie Menu were not displayed if no bevel modifier or bevel weight attribute were set up
Fixed a bug were the Pie Menu wouldn't load properly, when no bevel modifier is present and the bevel modifier settings would not show up at all
For Blender 5.0
added multi bevel modifiers support
added select elements with matching values (for example, select all edges with a crease value of 0,5)
added custom pre-defined bevel & crease values through the addon preferences
For Blender versions older than Blender 5.0
