  I wish I could return it. The installation process just ticks me off and the need to make an account ? Use to be pretty good, but now? Not so much.

  I purchased this addon back in 2019 and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, they have completely ruined what was once a VERY useful tool with a buggy, slow, and process-heavy user interface. I would avoid this one until they make future updates.

It was created to provide a smoother experience without weighing down the interface. This option generates materials similar to those of the versions you mentioned, while preserving their simplicity.

  Hello Daniel, there is an "INFO" button just at the bottom right of the material preview in the main panel, once you press the Info button, a popup panel will open which contains all the information including license type and tags

  1GB Essentials only download over 4 hours on high speed fiber internet....speedtest shows over 200mbps while downloading the plugin but the download averaging about 60kb/s....literally 3 ten thousandths of my bandwidth.
  The new update ruins this unless they get the speed running at modern standards.
  Good library though, but there had to be a better way to implement.

  In the past, distributing libraries through my website resulted in slower download speeds, which I now recognize as an inconvenience. This was a decision made due to the size of the libraries and market concerns for Blender. However, starting with Extreme PBR Nexus 4.1.10, I moved the distribution to BlenderMarket to improve the situation.

  I want to point out that the download process was impacted by server performance and extraction times, which understandably compounded the problem. I'm working diligently to ensure a smoother experience for users moving forward.

Furthermore, I would like to clarify that registration on "exteme-addons" is no longer necessary but if you need it the service remains active.

  Downloading the textures took a long time, and the node tree is super heavy and very hard to edit. The only addon that i'm scared to press the "update" button, it might just download forever again.... but the textures are pretty good.

  Hello, Thanks for this feedback. From the new Extreme PBR Nexus 4.0.130 you can use a simpler node tree if you wish, Just go to OPTIONS --> Material Type --> Simple PBR and add your materials. This allows you to create a node tree that is much easier to handle. I always suggest you contact me if you have any doubts, I often answer these kinds of questions.

  Loads right the first time and was easy to use. On second reload of blender, I get the "Libraries are not installed". No matter what I do, or if I reinstall from scratch, that error doesn't go away.

  refuses to add libraries ,Unusable and uninstalled after losing $, it seams its demanding the massive unzipped expaks with each update so if you deleted them its hours of downloading again

  I'm very sorry to hear that you gave a negative rating for the addon, but I want to point out that there is some inaccurate information in your statements.

  I tried to provide assistance and responded as quickly as possible, just 4 minutes after receiving your message in BlenderMarket chat trying to understand what the problem was, but I got a quite offensive response without giving me any way to even help you wanting.

  The installation procedure is clearly documented, and it is not necessary to re-download the packages with each update. Furthermore, I also sent a notification to all users a few days ago after the last update, underlining that it is not required to download the packages again!

  The addon actually has a "huge" library, but the updater doesn't need to re-download the packages at every update!

  It would be useful if you really need help, if you contact me in a "Human" way via message so that I can understand and possibly explain how to solve the potential problem you have encountered or if you even just need clarification.

  Avoid this like COVID - More like Extreme waiting game. 17 hours to download 5% of the assets and I'm on a fast internet connection. What a waste of time and money. An absolute joke of a product that over complicates things for no reason.

  extremely disappointing. I'm trying to reinstall this after several months of inactivity. Now the creator requires some kind of signup process. I did that. The English on the site is - well - concerning. I created an account, went through the process- but then when using the account information to continue the process for downloading the plugin - I get an error message not acknowledging my account information. The site feels like an Extremely slow wordpress site. I'm losing trust - fast.

  Used to use this all the time but just updated and am being forced to make som bs account and go through bs drm just to access textures this dev collected from other people.

  Why the fuck does every stupid thing think they can force people to make useless accounts for no fucking reason?
