Which Blender versions does it work with?
Blender 4.5 and newer. It works in 4.5, but you’ll get the best results in Blender 5.0 or newer.
How do I install it?
Don’t unzip the file. In Blender go to Edit › Preferences › Add-ons, open the top-right drop-down and choose Install from Disk. Pick the zip and enable Flux Forms. Then press N in the 3D Viewport and open the Flux Forms tab.
Can I use the materials on my own models and edit the shapes?
Yes. Materials apply to any object, not just Flux Forms shapes. The shapes are real meshes, so you can apply modifiers, sculpt or edit them like any other object.
Which render engine should I use?
Cycles gives the best results, especially for glass, gem and dispersion materials. Shapes and materials are also set up for quick viewport work, and Draft mesh detail is the fastest option on slower computers.
