I'm trying to adjust certain settings but nothing is happening.
"Viewport Simplify" may be checked: It can override some settings. Also some platform settings are only relevant to the "Complex" platform option.
How do I make square posts?
In the "Posts" Panel change the "Post Profile Segments" to 4.
I can't change the height of my curve points.
In the Curve's Object Data Properties, switch from a 2D to a 3D curve.
The rounded parts of my pier look weird: the platform is a different resolution than the perimeter or post locations.
Try making sure the Curve's Object Data Properties\"Resolution Preview U" and the "Bend Resolution" Geonodes setting are the same.
