GoldFlow Insole Designer is a Blender add-on for designing custom

orthotic insoles from 3D foot scan data.

WORKFLOW (4 Steps)

1. Create Draft — Automatically generates left/right insole base

surfaces from a built-in template library.

2. Import Foot Scan — Supports STL and OBJ formats. Foot scans are

automatically positioned near the template.

3. Smart Registration — Auto-detects foot scan dimensions, matches

them to shoe sizes, and aligns the scan to the insole template.

4. Custom Design — Adjustable arch support, heel raise, heel cup,

text engraving, and pattern engraving. Generates a solid 3D model

with configurable thickness.

EXPORT

Export to STL with built-in mesh repair, ready for 3D printing.
