Yes. The video, all five .blend files, and the textures are free to download.
Almost all of it, yes. The .blend files, models, materials, and textures are CC0. The one exception is the Honey From The Hive label, which carries the Superhive logo. Keep it for practice renders and replace it with your own label before you publish or sell anything. LICENSE.txt in the download has the full wording.
Blender 5.2 LTS. Newer versions should open the files, but menus and defaults can shift between releases, so 5.2 LTS is the easiest way to match the video.
