A complete process plant in one kit
150 assets on a fixed pipe grid, 12 rigged pumps, valves and machines, docking points on every pipe end and a finished pump house scene. Drag parts from the Asset Browser or open the scene and render.
What's inside
end suction, close coupled, inline and diaphragm metering
gate, butterfly, ball, swing check, Y-strainer, control and safety relief valves
DN50, DN100 and DN150 in four lengths, with 18 fittings and 11 flanges and sleeves
pressure gauge, thermometer, flowmeter, level gauge, pressure transmitter
plus 4 process apparatus: heat exchangers, basket strainer, filter housing
with 9 pipe supports and 12 platform, stair, ladder and railing parts
cable trays, local control station, isolator switch, cabinet, terminal box
chain hoist on monorail, drum, IBC, hose reel cart, emergency shower, extinguisher, tool trolley
water, steam, air, gas, acid, alkali, oil and nitrogen, plus 10 safety signs, tags and floor markings
strainer, valve, manifold, measuring and control valve stations
pump foundations, drain channel, penetration plate, wall and roof bays
Machines that really work
Each rig runs on a few sliders in the N panel. Select the rig, enter Pose Mode, select CTRL_ROOT and open Item > Properties.
| Machine | Controls |
|---|---|
| End suction and close coupled pump | speed 0 to 1450 rpm, suction and discharge pressure, coupling or lantern guard, terminal box |
| Gate valves DN50, DN100, DN150 | stem and hand wheel from closed to open |
| Butterfly valve with gear | disc to 90° |
| Ball valves DN50, DN100 | lever to 90° |
| Vertical tank with ladder | fill level, manhole, gauge valve, platform gate |
| Shell and tube heat exchanger | cover, vent valve |
| Local control station | selector, start and stop buttons, emergency stop with twist release |
| Chain hoist on monorail | travel ±1.2 m, lift 0 to 1.9 m, hook rotation, pendant, emergency stop |
Docking points and one switch for wear
Every pipe end carries an empty on its sealing face, Z axis pointing out of the part, with the nominal size in the dn property. Snap Port to Port to build lines. Every material runs through one shared Wear group: 0 is factory new, 1 (default) is moderate use with chipped edges, scuffs and dirt in cavities. Previews and product images show Wear 1.
The finished pump house
An 18 x 12 m hall with two tanks, duty and standby pump stations on foundations, a discharge line rising to the pipe rack, heat exchanger, platform with stairs, local control station, chain hoist and cable tray. The gallery images were rendered from this file in Cycles.
