How do I know if the item I want to add is a script or a button?
Great question! It's actually quite simple to tell the difference. Right-click: Just right-click on the element in Blender you'd like to add to your custom panel. Check the Context Menu: 1- If you see "Copy Button" highlighted or active, it means this element is a button and should be pasted into the "Favorite Buttons" panel. 2- If you see "Copy Script" highlighted or active, it means this element is a script and should be pasted into the main "Favorite Panel" input bar.
