Is the scale correct?
Yes. Everything is modelled at real-world scale in metric units, so you can drop in your own assets without rescaling.
Can I use it in commercial projects?
Yes. The product is royalty-free, and all third-party textures used are CC0.
Why is the grass turned off?
The Geometry Nodes grass is intentionally simple and not optimised for large scenes. On an 8 GB GPU it can approach the VRAM limit. Turn it on when you need it, and reduce density or add camera culling for heavier shots.
Are the garage doors animated?
They are rigged but not keyframed. Two controller arrows drive the doors – select one, move it, and keyframe it for your own animation. Each door works independently.
Do I need any add-ons?
No. The file is pure Blender with no external dependencies.
Does it work in Eevee?
Yes, with minor tweaks. The scene is set up for Cycles, so you will want to check lighting intensity and glass materials when switching.
Which Blender version do I need?
Tested in Blender 4.5.x. It should open in 4.2 and later, but the Geometry Nodes grass may behave differently in older versions.
