NodeFlow 2.0
Is there documentation included?
Yes — a full illustrated User Guide (PDF) covering every feature ships with
your download, alongside this on-page documentation.
Does denoising ruin my data passes?
No. NodeFlow’s smart denoise routes only the passes that should be denoised
and leaves your data passes (position, normal, depth, vector) untouched, so they
stay accurate.
I already own an earlier version of NodeFlow — is the upgrade free?
Yes, 2.0 is a free upgrade for existing owners. Re-download from your account.
What are the studio burn-ins?
NodeFlow can render review movies with shot metadata burned onto the frame
(shot name, version, date, frame range, resolution, camera, and more), with
ready-made layouts for VFX Review, Client, and Internal QC. You get a live
preview and can render at viewport speed or full render quality.
Do I need FFmpeg, and is it hard to set up?
FFmpeg is only needed for the movie output and burn-in features. If you don’t
have it, NodeFlow installs it for you with one click in the add-on preferences —
no manual setup.
Is it made for a Nuke pipeline?
Yes. NodeFlow outputs clean multi-layer EXRs with Nuke-ready pass names, so
your passes drop straight into a Nuke comp. It’s built around a production
Blender-to-Nuke workflow.
Can I use NodeFlow on commercial and client projects?
Yes. Your purchase is a per-user license that covers unlimited personal and
commercial work, including paid client and studio projects.
Which Blender version does NodeFlow support?
NodeFlow 2.0 is built for Blender 5.
