  This OSnap+ add-on is excellent. I look forward to more new features in future updates.
  It would be perfect if you could add Rhino-style Interpolated Curve (InterpCrv), 3-point arc tool, chamfer tool, Split and Trim tools, plus more curve editing tools.

  At last, we have a game changer regarding what was missing in Blender: a suite of tools to snap, rotate, and scale, like in Rhino 3D. It's working great and I'm so happy that an addon like this has finally been released. Some powerful Rhino tools are also available: sweep, offset curves, loft, and so much more. A big bravo to the developer! Long live to Blender and all its community
