How do I install it?
Download pathcam_v1.1.0.zip, then in Blender go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > drop-down arrow > Install from Disk... and pick the zip (do not unzip it). Tick "PathCam - Cinematic Camera Paths".
Do I keep the animation if I uninstall PathCam?
Yes. PathCam bakes plain keyframes on a normal camera, so the move stays in your file without the add-on.
Can the target move?
Yes. If the target has keyframes or a parent, PathCam reads its position on every frame, and Tracking Lag makes the aim trail it like a real operator.
