Blender Render Guard — Smart Crash Prevention & Optimizer
New in v1.1.0:
Collection-Scoped Optimizing — Downscale Textures and Simplify Material Shaders can now target a specific collection instead of the whole scene. Choose whether shared textures/materials get duplicated for just that collection, or applied everywhere they're used.
CLI Autopilot cleanup — fixed a mislabeled button in the panel; Pro users now see a clear note pointing to the docs for command-line usage instead of a broken link.
Nothing here changes how your current setup behaves unless you actively use the new Scope option.
Official Pro release.
The Basic tier has been retired — everything that was Basic-exclusive is now included in Pro, alongside the original Pro-only tools, in one license.
New: Locate & Relink Missing Textures (finds and relinks broken texture paths near your .blend file), custom Downscale Target dropdown (128px–4096px, was fixed at 2048px before).
Fixed: RAM and VRAM detection failing on newer Windows builds (24H2+) where the old fallback method was removed by Microsoft. Diagnostics now correctly show GPU/RAM/VRAM on all supported Windows versions.
Thanks to everyone who tested during the beta — your feedback shaped this release.
