What support and updates are included?
Includes 12 months from purchase, with responses through the Superhive inbox within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Versions received during that period remain yours permanently. Optional renewal costs 50% of the current product price; there is no automatic renewal. Include Blender/OS versions, steps, console error and a minimal .blend file when reporting a reproducible issue.
Are the finished concept devices included or generated by one command?
No. The purchase includes the addon installer with its source, English user guide and FAQ. The gallery combines addon-generated details with native presentation geometry, materials and lighting. Complete concept scenes are not included.
Why does Surface Grille report a wall or footprint warning?
The selected region may exceed the supported patch, Max Wall, depth or clearance. Start with a smaller area on an appropriate connected hollow shell. Inspect measured wall thickness before adjusting the limit; excessive depth can reach the opposite wall.
Can I resize details with native Blender transforms?
Use each detail’s own parameters and placement controls. Unsupported mesh edits, object scaling or independent movement of assembly parts can invalidate parametric editing. Supported surface details offer explicit Refit after target changes; work in modifier and creation order.
Can I draw grooves on spheres or wrap a cylinder freely?
Draw Seam uses a planar reference. Cylinder Ring creates a dedicated circular groove on a straight circular cylinder. Arbitrary drawn paths following curved surfaces are unsupported.
Which surfaces and Blender versions are supported?
Blender 5.0 is the declared minimum; installation and modeling workflows were verified on Windows with Blender 5.0.1 and 5.2.1 LTS. macOS/Linux addon use is not verified. Draw Seam, Port and Vent require planar references. Cylinder Ring supports straight circular cylinders. Surface Grille supports connected closed convex patches within 55 degrees of its anchor, up to 256 holes; it does not wrap a whole sphere.
