Stack Studio
Can Stack Studio modify linked or read-only objects?
No. Linked and read-only data is skipped rather than changed silently. Stack-changing actions also require Object Mode.
Does Stack Studio require an internet connection or account?
No. Stack Studio works offline and uses no telemetry, analytics, external account, or network service.
How do Linked Groups handle conflicting edits?
If one member changes, its supported stack updates the other members. If multiple members change before Stack Studio can identify a safe source, synchronization stops with Conflict. Select the version that should win, choose Use Active, review the exact plan, and confirm.
Can Blueprints be used in another .blend file?
Yes. Blueprint v3 can carry supported local Geometry Nodes groups and local Object or Collection dependencies into another .blend file. External file-backed images, volumes, or caches are not guaranteed to be embedded. Import Blueprint files only from sources you trust.
Which Blender versions are supported?
Stack Studio requires Blender 4.5 or newer. The current package is designed for Blender 4.5 and Blender 5.2 using the same ZIP.
Does Stack Studio apply or permanently destroy my geometry?
Stack Studio manages modifier stacks rather than blindly applying them to mesh geometry. Broad changes show a reviewed plan first, and user-invoked modifier changes support Blender Undo where available. Replace mode can remove and rebuild a modifier stack, so always review its affected-object plan before confirming.
