Which Blender versions? 4.2 LTS and newer; tested on 4.2.23, 4.5.14 and 5.2.1 with identical vertex, face and triangle counts (115 cases each).
Does it work in EEVEE? Standard shader nodes only, but only Cycles was checked.
Can I wrap it around a character? Draw a curve around the body (the grey cylinder in the gallery is only a stand-in) and set Source to Curve and Orientation to Upright. There is no automatic fitting or collision.
Why do I see corners on my curve? A poly curve with few points is followed exactly; use more points or a Bezier / NURBS curve.
Is it game-ready? No; apply the modifier and decimate if needed. Stitches take roughly two thirds of the triangles; set Stitching to None for background pieces. Triangle counts are in the README.
Can I use it commercially? Yes, in any number of projects. You may not resell or redistribute the asset itself. Personal = one person, Studio = one company up to 10 people.
