I only see one object if I open the file, shouldn't there be more?
There are in fact 10 collections, each with multiple objects. To make appending them as assets easier, all are located at the scene origin. This way an asset will be added to your scene at the position of your cursor and not be offset by its location in this file.
If you want to inspect them here in this file, just toggle their visibility in the outliner or click on one and move it aside.
Did you use AI?
No, the models as well as the materials were entirely hand crafted by me.
