Stylized Cartoon Pig 3D Rigged Character
What file formats are included, and does every format include the rig?
The package includes native Blender (
pig.blend), FBX, OBJ+MTL, and GLB. The rig (496-bone skeleton) is confirmed present in the GLB export (496 joints in its skin) and is native to the .blend file. The OBJ format does not support rigging by design, so pig.obj is geometry-only. FBX rig content was not independently re-verified in this inspection (no FBX parser was available), but FBX is a rig-capable format and the file was exported from the same rigged scene.Does the model come with any pre-made animations, like a walk or idle cycle?
No — direct inspection of the GLB export found 0 animation clips, and the only Action data-block found inside the
.blend file is named CameraAction, which most plausibly animates the camera rather than the character. No walk, run, or idle cycle for the character was found in the supplied files. The rig is fully posable and animation-ready, but animation itself must be authored by the buyer. Are the textures included, and do I need to do anything special to use them with the OBJ file?
Yes, all 5 source textures (1024×1024 PNGs — base color and normal maps) are included in
Blender file/textures.zip, and they are already embedded directly inside the GLB file. For the OBJ, the material file (pig.mtl) expects the textures inside a textures/ subfolder next to the OBJ, and two of the six texture references (the normal maps) are written as bare filenames rather than relative paths — extract textures.zip into a textures/ folder beside pig.obj and manually verify/reassign the two normal maps if your OBJ importer doesn't resolve them automaticallyDiscover more products like this
