I'm sure others will be buying this in hopes that it is "cascadeur for blender". And while it might be similar in function, I found it much less helpful than that thought would imply. The poses you get from this addon are not very useful or natural. Some things are impossible such as moving a singular limb, filpping the character around an axis, resetting your character to their rest position, and basically doing anything without your character ending up in a hunched crouch. Before trying this addon I suggest you ask yourself if your workflow can be accomplished with IK bones and the smallest smidge of patience instead. I hope this addon receives serious improvements during my support period.

Thank you for supporting Blaze AutoPose and sharing your experience. I appreciate the feedback and would like to clarify a few points. The product page and tutorial video in the documentation tab demonstrate the features and workflow so users can see what the tool offers and make an informed decision.
Like Cascadeur’s AutoPosing, Blaze AutoPose adjusts the whole pose based on the constraints you provide. Moving one limb can also adjust the rest of the character. Cascadeur also offers limb freezing, and bringing it to Blaze AutoPose is part of my development plans.
Blaze AutoPose supports resetting to the rest pose without leaving AutoPose (using Alt+R and Alt+G). Also, your regular posing tools are available through a simple Shift+R shortcut (shown at 16:41 in the tutorial): you can work with your own rig’s controls and Blender’s tools, including mirroring, just as you normally would. Combining AutoPose with the refined controls of your existing rig is an intentional part of the workflow and one of its main strengths.
Another feature that sets Blaze AutoPose apart is how its look-at constraints respond. They don’t simply rotate one joint toward a target, the rest of the body adjusts to support the movement. This unique behavior gives you another way to pose your character.
Difficult or conflicting constraints can challenge all AI-assisted posing tools. In Blaze AutoPose, too many constraints or conflicting targets can occasionally produce awkward or collapsed poses. Please message me with details of any issues or bugs you encounter, along with a screen recording if possible, especially if the collapsed poses happen frequently. This will help me reproduce the problems and work on fixes.
Looking ahead, three key improvements on the roadmap are:
1. Frozen limbs
2. Stricter foot planting
3. Support for quadrupeds
These will expand both the control available during posing and the range of characters the tool can support.
Thank you again for your support. Specific examples will help me improve the current experience alongside those planned additions.
