  I've been using this add-on for a couple of weeks, and it's one of those tools that makes you wonder how you used Blender without it. Loads of features to append objects (with a preview of the object!), including whole collections and including modifiers!
  Not only can you append objects from any other Blender file, but I find it extremely useful for restoring previous object states from the project I am working on. As I use incremental save, I can roll back and append anything from one of my earlier files straight into the file I'm working on. Brilliant.
  The creator is super responsive to queries and quickly implements any fix needed and is open to suggestions for new features. 5 starts on every point.
