Yes. Switch the Container section to My Object and pick your mesh with the eyedropper. The mesh must be closed with no holes, or have a Solidify modifier, otherwise the liquid can leak out. The add-on warns you if it finds open edges.

Blender 4.2 or newer. It is built and tested on Blender 5.2 and installs as a standard Blender extension (drag and drop the .zip). It uses Blender's built-in Mantaflow solver, so there is nothing else to install.

Press Fix My Simulation in the Liquids tab. It finds and fixes the usual causes: a Replay cache that stores nothing, unapplied scale on the domain, a stream that is too small for the resolution, a source outside the domain box, and leaking thin walls. Then press Bake again.
