I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Typically, product pages highlight the specific features and formats that are supported—in this case, Monoscopic (Mono) rendering—rather than listing everything a tool doesn't do. That being said, I understand how this confusion arose.
To ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future, I am immediately updating both the product page and the official documentation to explicitly state that stereoscopic (left/right eye) rendering is not supported.
If an addon is purchased by mistake, you can always reach out directly or contact support to request a refund. Leaving a 1-star review on a fully functional, bug-free tool that does exactly what it states feels a bit unfair, especially when there were easy ways to resolve this together beforehand.
