Can I change the shortcuts?
Yes, in Preferences > Keymap, search "essentialight".
Shapes or gobos do not show in Eevee
Light nodes are a Cycles feature.
Nothing happens when I press Shift+Alt+L

Make sure a light or an EssentiaLight flag is active and the mouse is over a 3D Viewport.
