Fusion to Blender Bridge Pro

Nexuslab in Import & Export

Windows and macOS?
Windows only. There is no macOS build.
Does it push anything back into Fusion?
No. It is one direction, Fusion to Blender. Nothing in your Fusion document is modified.
Will re-syncing wipe the shading I set up in Blender?
No. Sync swaps mesh data on the existing objects rather than replacing the objects, so material slots, modifier stacks, light linking, and the Sharp, Seam, Crease and Bevel Weight you set by hand all stay attached.
Does it work with SolidWorks, Rhino, Inventor or other CAD?
The live sync is Fusion 360 only — it reads appearances, joints and BRep faces through Fusion's API, which no other package exposes to it. The included STEP importer opens .step and .stp from any source, but a STEP file carries geometry only, so the appearances, joints and face-level colours are not there to import.
Does it need an internet connection?

Almost never. The Fusion add-in and the Blender add-on talk over localhost 127.0.0.1 and nothing else — there is no account, no licence server and no activation, and if it stops being sold tomorrow your copy keeps working.

The one exception is optional and opt-in: the first time you use the STEP importer it offers to download the third-party cadquery-ocp package from PyPI, about 150 MB. That only happens when you press the button. Every other feature works with no internet at all.
