Why does Scan still say 100/100 CLEAN after I add booleans?
Scan reads mesh data, not the live modifier result. Apply the booleans you are done editing (or edit the mesh), then Scan again.
Will Safe/Aggressive Repair close intentional holes (visors, vents, panel gaps)?
No. Hole filling is limited to small holes only so large, intentional openings are left alone.
Does this replace Hard Ops or Boxcutter?
No. Hard Ops and Boxcutter are for cutting. Hardsurface Doctor is for what happens after the cut — repair, bevel weight management, and boolean stack control.
