Can I use ModelRef for sculpting and character modeling?
Yes. ModelRef is designed for character artists, sculptors, likeness artists, and 3D modelers who need organized front, side, and custom reference views inside Blender.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
ModelRef Lite includes up to 3 reference cameras, per-camera images, image adjustment controls, focal length, camera duplication, deletion, and camera switching.
ModelRef Pro includes everything in Lite, plus unlimited reference cameras, advanced camera controls, model controls, precision toggles, camera/model baseline and reset, and reorderable panel sections.
Does ModelRef automatically align the model to the reference image?
No. ModelRef does not automatically align the model or generate likeness results. It is a workflow tool that helps you manually match your model using dedicated reference cameras, per-camera images, focal length, opacity, scale, rotation, offset, and camera/model controls.
