NPR Shader Kit — Stylized Rendering
Maintenance release. The package now ships a README with install, first-run and uninstall steps.
No changes to the tools. Verified from the installed archive on Blender 4.2.9 and 5.2.0.
Normal maps now come through the stylisation. Every style reads its lighting from a Diffuse shader, and that shader's normal input was left empty — so applying a style flattened a normal-mapped surface into plain geometry. Whatever feeds the material's Normal input, an image-based normal map or a bump node, is now wired into the style automatically, on all nine of them.
Measured on a normal-mapped sphere: 63 to 72 percent of the object's pixels change once the map is connected — Cel, Halftone, Ink wash and Watercolour alike. A material with no normal map renders pixel for pixel as it did before, and the new Keep Normal Map switch turns the behaviour off for a deliberately flat, poster-like surface.
