Outfit Refit: Fit Whole Wardrobes Onto Other Characters
Fixes
- Hide Skin Under Clothes no longer leaves see-through gaps at cuffs, hems and armholes, or between a top and a skirt.
- A long skirt that hangs from outfit bones no longer hides the legs, so a leg that steps out of it is not hollow.
- Minimum Gap is now kept. Before, cloth could come as close as half the gap you set.
- A garment fitted over the target's own clothes now covers them at the seams and shoulders.
- Garments with a Mirror, Array or Screw modifier are no longer fitted in pieces. They are skipped with a clear message: apply the modifier, then fit again.
- A mirrored character (negative scale) now stops the fit with a clear message, instead of giving a fit with the layers reversed.
- Check Poses no longer clears the fit report, and it checks each outfit on its own.
- Reports and fitted copies now show the right version number.
Clearer reports
- A warning when a garment does not sit on the source body, for example when the wrong source body is picked.
- Cloth that a garment's own modifiers push into the body (Solidify and others) now shows in the status bar and the Last Run panel.
- Advice that names the real cause for Solidify, Subdivision Surface and other modifiers, and for skin that cannot be hidden because of a modifier on the body.
- Update Fitted Copies says when it used the settings stored on the copies instead of the panel's, and says what was deleted when it cannot update.
Note
- Hidden skin now stays a little further from hems and openings, so the pose check can count more skin points poking through in deep poses.
- Anime-style avatars: swapped hair now keeps its bangs on VRoid bodies. Before, the bangs collapsed to a band at the hairline.
- Bodies whose head is a separate mesh (for example Seed-san): the head now counts as part of the body for fitting, hoods and the pose check. The pose check no longer reports a false 11% inside.
- No more false match warnings where the source body has a hole, such as a face hole or an open neck.
- Other bodies are unchanged: the demo outfits fit exactly as in 1.0.0 in Blender 4.2 and 5.2.
