This has being developed since early days of development but it has not reached a breakpoint of performance, and setting the balance between performance and functionality is really hard to develop, as I currently have a very limited knowledge on the Blender api

Please decrease the brush strength, because at high brush strength the movement will be very sensitive and the vertices will wraps with high speed.
